FTDNA myFamilyTree: Tree Notes

PROBLEM: The Tree Notes in the records of the family trees of my matches are no longer automatically visible.

(1) in the image below shows what the tester sees looking at a record in the match's family tree. No TREE NOTES tab is visible.

(2) in the image below shows what is available in the match's family tree.

(3) in the image belows shows what the match entered in that TREE NOTE tab. That content is invisible to the tester viewing the tree.

The automatically visibility of the TREE NOTE tabs was taken away from customers with the release of myFamilyTree in November 2019.
